We do not guarantee that: • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free • Our research results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose • Our open source code is free of bugs or security vulnerabilities AI research involves inherent uncertainties. Any implementation of our research should be thoroughly tested before deployment in production environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiggaDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Your use or inability to use our services • Any errors or omissions in our content or research • Unauthorized access to your data • Any third-party conduct on our platforms Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
